Terminal Management System (TMS)
Deploying multi-application terminals through a wide range of merchant environments together with the prospect of smart card based applications such as EMV, has become a major challenge for most financial institutions.
With WebTMS®, a full Terminal Management System and Software Distribution Systems,
deploying and managing software applications on “in site” terminals becomes simple and convenient and result in lower total cost of ownership (CTO) to the operator while maintaining the highest level of quality service, possibly through a Call centre policy.
WebTMS® is a web based, client server system designed to perform remote initialization of terminal parameters, viewing and updating configurations of terminals in the field, remote downloading software release, retrieving statistics, etc.
Ultimately, managing terminal fleets using WebTMS® results in lower total cost of ownership (TCO) to the operator while maintaining a high level of quality service.
Current implementations on WebTMS® ranges from environments of as little as 50 terminals population of up to 20,000 for our largest site.
Further release for WebTMS® will support future technologies by enhancing its functionalities such as EMV data downloads, graphic downloads (…) or interfacing with other environments such as Java and Linux.
